STUDY IN CANADA

Education

Canada is a popular choice for international  students because of its natural environment and reputation for high-quality education. Every year tens of thousands of foreign students apply to attend Canadian schools but many fail because they do not know the inner workings of its system of education.

Rankora increases your chances of being selected by leveraging on its extensive knowledge in the sector. For instance, you should know that Education in Canada is provided, funded and overseen by federal, provincial, and local governments, which means there are significant differences between the education systems of the different provinces.

Also, do you know that both English and French are both national languages in the country and that the standard of living is as high as the UK or US. So, if you are convinced that Canada is for you contact us at Rankora and we will assist with gaining admissions into top Institutions in the country.

Living in Canada

Students living in Canada often enjoy the hospitality and welcoming nature of its people, particularly in the provincial and rural areas. Along with good education, they also get to live a high quality life. The United Nations ranked Canada as one of the best places in the world to live!

Canada covers an area of 10 million square kilometers (3.9 million square miles), the second largest country on earth. Due to its huge size, it has many different types of landscape like high mountains, varieties of forests, prairie grasslands, rivers and lakes where its residents enjoy varying caliber of outdoor sports and activities.

Its climate also varies across the country. In the areas where most of the population lives, there are generally four distinct seasons namely summer, fall, winter, and spring. Winter is very cold in most places, with temperatures often well below 0 degrees. Snow covers the ground from around December to March or April. Summer lasts from around June to September and the weather varies from warm to hot, with daytime temperatures ranging between 20 and 30 degrees. Fall and spring are transition seasons when much of the annual rainfall occurs, it's also the time in which weather becomes progressively colder or warmer.

Canada bears a multidimensional character with streaks from French, British and American culture deeply embedded into it. Every province has its own unique culture and lifestyle. While studying in the country there are three main types of accommodation, Homestay – a stay with a Canadian family, University accommodation – such as halls of residence, dormitories and Private accommodation – House and flat rentals.
